IARE Ethic code
- Honesty and Integrity: IARE members are required to act honestly, conscientiously, and openly in all their professional relationships. They avoid any kind of fraud, deception, distortion of information, or misleading.
- Legality and Adherence to Norms: IARE members are obligated to comply with all applicable laws, normative acts, and professional standards in the countries where they conduct their activities.
- Professional Competence: IARE members strive to maintain and constantly improve their level of knowledge and qualifications in the field of real estate. They provide services only within the scope of their competence.
- Respect and Non-discrimination: IARE members treat all participants of the real estate market with respect, including clients, colleagues, and representatives of state bodies. They do not permit discrimination based on race, ethnic origin, sex, religion, age, sexual orientation, disabilities, or any other unlawful basis.
- Confidentiality: IARE members are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of information received from clients, unless otherwise provided by law or by agreement with the client.
- Protecting Client Interests: IARE members prioritize their clients' interests above their own. They act in good faith and make every effort to achieve the best possible outcome for the client within the bounds of law and ethical norms.
- Transparency and Information: IARE members are obliged to provide clients with complete, reliable, and timely information on all aspects of the transaction, including its terms, risks, and potential benefits.
- Avoiding Conflicts of Interest: IARE members are obligated to avoid situations where their personal interests may conflict with the interests of a client. Should a conflict of interest arise, they are obligated to immediately inform the client and take steps to resolve it in the client's favor.
